What is a fragrance decant?

A decant is fragrance transferred from its original bottle into a smaller atomizer. Scentola makes designer and niche fragrances portable in 5 ml bottles.

Are the fragrances authentic?

We decant directly from original fragrance bottles. The fragrance is not diluted or altered. If you would like to know more about a particular scent, ask us on WhatsApp before ordering.

How much fragrance do I get?

Each individual decant contains 5 ml. Discovery sets contain the fragrances listed on their product page. Check each listing for the exact contents.

Where do you deliver?

Orders ship from Kuala Lumpur. West Malaysia delivery usually takes 1–5 business days. Shipping is RM7, or free on orders of RM150 or more. East Malaysia delivery is currently unavailable. Please contact us before ordering for another destination.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please record a clear unboxing video before opening your parcel and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Fragrances are generally non-returnable. Read our return and refund policy before placing your order.
